Observed food bins in the storage room and on top of the microwave to be unlabeled. Provide for all bulk foods to be clearly labeled with the common name of the food product. (750.130) Observed rice to be cooling on sheet trays in the walk-in cooler. Temperature: 167F. Per a food service employee, it had only been in there for 25 minutes. Provide for all cooling potentially hazardous foods to be labeled with the date/time that the cooling process began. (750.140) Next Inspection
